Turn into a local for one day and take a stroll in your new neighbourhood!

The district of Sants-Monjuïc is becoming more and more fashionable! With increasingly creative cultural proposals and newly "hipster" areas such as the Plaça Osca environment, it has taken a turn as the new must of the Catalan capital.

Besides visiting the museums of Montjuïc do not forget to stroll through one of its large gardens of Mediterranean flora and to enjoy epic views on the coast of Barcelona at the surroundings of Castell de Montjuïc.

Based in a palace constructed for the event of The 1929 World Exposition, the National Art Museum of Catalonia invites you to discover a thousand years of Catalan art history through its magnificent collections of Romanesque and Gothic medieval art. It also offers temporary exhibitions on painting and 20th century photography. Palau Nacional, Parc de Montjuïc, s/n, (Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya)
